If you are unable to login, or have not done so before please do as follows:
You will need to select forgotten password initially which will send you a link to reset.
Select Forgotten Password to take you to https://broadgate.myblockman.co.uk/user/forgot_password
Enter the email address associated with your account and press send.
You should receive an email with instructions to reset your password from Blockman - PLEASE check spam / junk email.
Please ensure the password is in the right format and contains an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character /symbol
So something like Block123+++ will work - it must have 8 characters in total.
