Our Lettings Fee is 8.5% + VAT
In addition we can provide a range of additional services as follows:
- Annual Condition Report Including Photos - £36 including VAT
- Negotiations with the council regarding council tax beyond notifying them of new tenancies – £60 including VAT per annum
- Marketing through external agencies – As and when required, to maximise occupancy, Cloud will use agencies to find tenants. These agency fees will be charged to landlords and will range from 6-10% of the annual rent.
- Insurance claims – Charged at 10% of the value of a successful claim.
- New tenancy set up fee - £120 including VAT
- Submitting or renewing HMO or Landlord Licensing Applications - £48 including VAT
- Request for copies of statements already sent - £24 including VAT
- Request for annual statement - £24 including VAT
- Court Attendance - £120 including VAT per hour
